I don't see him having trouble with anything the Naruto verse can throw at him though. Aku is more overpowered than anything I remember from Naruto.
being a samurai jack likely wouldnt speed blitz an opponent unless they looked like they were getting ready to attack him.
that being said its very likely he could get trapped in a gejutsu especially one of itachi's awesome one.
jack would win in a kmc styled fight though where his personality wouldnt come into play.

Also, any Naruto character that gets close enough to do a Genjutsu will be dead before they can use it, Jack is that fast.

Genjutsu can do just about anything, and against Masters of Genjutsu, you don't even see them do it. It just happens.
They could just make Jack forefeit or walk away. Genjutsu is mind rape, plain and simple.
Shikamaru is a genius, I can't say for sure but he could probably out think Jack and land some shadow jutsu. Maybe get Jack to stab himself.

Itachi is no slouch, Orochimaru has mastered every Jutsu in the Narutoverse, the third Hokage can pull the soul from the body, the three Sanin have massive summon monsters, Kakashi still has his Mangekyou Sharingan, Lee could probably speedblitz Jack if he opens enough Chakra gates.
Fact is, theres just too many Ninja with incredible powers for Jack to solo the Narutoverse. Hell there's one guy who turns people to stone with a touch.
