not really as "magic" doesnt exist in the naruto universe and not all magic is able to affect anything.
The difference is that Genjutsu involves manipulating your opponent's anatomy, an anatomy Jack does not have.
Jack's magic is just a sword that can cut through virtually anything.

He is still faster, stronger, more durable, and more skilled than any and all Naruto characters. I mean really, he needs the sword to hurt Aku because no other blade can, but he spent all those years training among the many warrior civilizations to give him the skills and strength to kill him, so your comment is incorrect, Jack is a supremely skilled swordsman, he just cannot harm Aku without that sword.

more skilled then all of them? with a blade id agree. with his fists id disagree. otherwise id say no. definitely faster stronger and more durable. but that wouldnt matter much if he had to fight thousands of ninja at one time... even if you want to argue that chakra wouldnt affect him sound could because sound affects you physically not based entirely around fooling your chakra system hence the bleeding ears and the like.

jack is pretty darn fast from what i remember.when he was fighting the Scotsman their swords were blurs.
I know he's fast too, but I haven't seen any kind of speed from him that would beat Rock Lee.
He might not be able to take Gaara either, especially if Gaara does the ocean of Sand thing.

Thousands would not be able to attack him at a time, that is nigh-impossible, and...Why not? Early in the series he single-handedly defeated an army, and does such things often, shit, Demongo was a literal one-man army. Jack fights beings that could destroy all of Narutoverse with little to no trouble. You misunderstand me. Chakra can affect him, like in the form of a Ninjutsu like a fireball. Genjutsu, cannot. Though even if he could, better illusionists have tried. I assume you are speaking of Dosu and Tayuya? First of all, Jack is much faster than sound, and Tayuya is still just an illusionist, and btoh would die before they could process a thought.
As for Jack's speed, he is able to block gatling gun fire casually with one hand on his blade, he was in a flash able to kill a large group of bounty hunters before a raindrop hit the ground, he displays feats like that regularly.

because i think its a bit strange to assume that magic would work on objects from another universe but chakra wouldnt. i think theyre interchangeable terms though i think youre right that jack probably does not have the specific anatomy like the tenketsu and stuff.

4. Because Dosu at the very least actually has to aim and direct his attack. Which will be hard considering Jack's speed. Also, Jack is no stranger to stealth, being skilled in spotting stealthy opponents and being stealthy himself.
5. Right, because bullets certainly do not move at sound speed, and blocking rapid-fire gatling rounds from multiple opponents isn't more difficult than blocking a single bullet. When you factor in the fact that this is high-tech futuristic weaponry...Yeah.
Although you want something better? The three archers on top of that tower were able to send flying hundreds to thousands of arrows nearly simultaneously, Jack could dodge those...Blindfolded.
