Ive never said that at all, infact in a lot of the stories stated in my link he is against a vast number of enemies and overcomes those who are more powerful than him, hell outsmarts them. His opponetns are hardly as lowly in comparison to him as Link is to Ganon nor does he get as many chances.

Ganons, his sheep to control as Zant belives him his God, if Ganon was too foolish to realise or use Zant and the rest of the worlds resources to find a wolf running about then its his foolishness.

I highly doubt he came from "nowhere" ime sure he came from somewhere ๐Ÿ™‚ No i make an intelligent argument based on facts that you cannot comprehend, get confused and angry over only for you to state something foolish like the King suddenly coming out of nowhere. Ganon has all these advantages yet he cannot use them against people weaker than he is despite half of them being lowly or unintelligent.

Zant has the ability to conquer hyrule, I think hes more than capable of killing Link if told, hes been shown to....hell he even fights Link at some point as well.

Sends his most powerful monsters? whats stopping him from sending all his monsters, every single one to Links location, or at least the location of at least some of the artifacts Link has to go running around the place for? nothing....

lol protected by the gods, wordplay m8 wordplay...plot device weaponry? yeah after his spends the game finding it....what kind of idiot allows the same weapon to be used against him so many times...again and again, you would have thought with such an experiance of these people he would try to get a hold of some of these objects himself, hell even if its the key Link requires to access an area.

1. You've never read a comic, shut up. And the difference between Thing, Torch, Sue, and Reed in power is much greater than the one between Ganon and Link, especially when you consider the Triforce of Courage and Master Sword make Link immune to much of Ganon's powers.

2. Because Ganondorf was really present to know a wolf was running around, right?

3. Semantics? Really? Is your intellectual capability so inadequate to refute my posts you have to argue semantics? Oh, and yes, he did come from nowhere, he is able to go to Hyrule from topside instantly, he did so when he first met Link as the King. BT, stop embarassing yourself with your buffoon opinions on things you know nothing about.

4. He does fight Link. And loses. Zant for all intents and purposes did conquer Hyrule.

5. Funny, I could have SWORN he does do that...Wait he does. He always sends an army to defend a place that has things that would be detrimental to Ganondorf, he always does. Oh, and he also has a tendency to send creatures to attack Link, not his whole army mind you, that would be stupid, but he also has creatures patrolling virtually everywhere in the world.

6. Wordplay? In Zelda it is quite literal, you would know that if you weren't an ignorant child who didn't play the games. He finds the weaponry before Ganon even knows of his presence, like I said, you know nothing of the games. Get hold of the Master Sword? Only Link can pull the Master Sword from its pedestal, which you obviously would not know, but he does send creatures to go and guard where it is, and as for Light Arrows...Well those are just arrows blessed by magic.

Seriously, shut the **** up, you have no idea what you are talking about.

BT, don't argue Zelda. You have no idea what you're talking about.

Ganon/Ganondorf is always presented as an intensely powerful sorceror, and has, in fact, had several victories. The very first Zelda game started with Hyrule already withered by Ganon's control. And Link can only defeat him because of one item: the Silver Arrows.

Zelda 2 is preventing Ganon's resurrection, and expressly shows that Ganon returning spells the end of the world, period.

ALttP backstory tells how Ganondorf and his armies succeeded in capturing the Triforce and Ganon's wish corrupted the Sacred Realm. Hyrule's King and Sages could not even attempt a counterattack, and their only option was to seal the Sacred Realm with the empowered Ganondorf inside.

OoT is Ganondorf's tour de force, wherein he manipulates everyone (and the only flaw in his plan was something he could not possibly have accounted for: Zelda's prophetic dreams), adjusted his plans when Link changed the game, managed to manipulate the hero into opening the Sacred Realm for him and trapping himself, leaving Ganondorf free to collect the Triforce. When he only managed to capture a third of the Triforce, he used that power to rule the world for seven years until he located the other two pieces, and then manipulated both Link and Zelda into bringing the rest of the Triforce to him. Once again, he only lost to Link because of the Light Arrows and the Master Sword, which could not even kill him this time, but only managed to make him vulnerable to being sealed in the Sacred Realm.

The pair of Oracle games once again sees his resurrection attempt, with the end of the world once again a foregone conclusion of success. This only fails because Link interrupts the ritual, causing Ganon to return as only the incarnation of his Power, without the Wisdom that would have been gained from killing Zelda. This is the only time in the entire series that Ganon is considered a "mindless beast," and it was a mere shadow of Ganon's ferocity, not his whole self.

WW's prologue shows what happens when Ganon roams free and a Link isn't around: He violently takes over the world. This time the Goddesses themselves were forced to interfere, drowning all of Hyrule in a torrential rain to seal him and the land away to prevent his spread. And then he defies the power of the Goddesses themselves and breaks out into the world, albeit in a weaker form. Despite this he commands an army that brings terror down on the Great Sea, and manipulates several events to bring the current Link and Zelda down to him so that he may collect the rest of the Triforce. Once again he virtually succeeds, victory disappearing onyl when an unknown, the disguised and hidden King of Hyrule, takes advantage of Link and Zelda's distraction to wish the destruction of Hyrule itself. And then with the Triforce gone, Ganon is once again not killed, only sealed by the power of the Master Sword.

And finally, in TP, we see him effortlessly kill a Sage with his bare hands before being sealed in the Twilight Realm. Even from there, he finds a way to spread back into Hyrule, bringing almost the entire land under his influence before the newest Link pushes it back (and this is Ganondorf, according to evidence, that had never encountered a Link before) And then, at the climax of the game, he forces himself back into Hyrule, and survives the onslaught delivered by Link, Midna, and Zelda. And this time even his apparent death is inconclusive.

Ganon, on the whole, is Nintendo's most powerful, efficient, and intelligent villain. Despite a long history of encounters, he has very few actual defeats; most of the time he can only be put away until he escapes again.

There have been multiple Links. I'm sure there's one born every generation. Link is not from a unique 'race', btw, he's just a Hylian (though in Ocarina of Time he was raised with the Kokiri).

Thing is, Ganondorf may be powerful and intelligent, but he is not omniscient. He's not going to know about every single kid born ever in Hyrule. Why would he? He is, just as you even said, arrogant. Arrogant enough to believe that this time he will be safe. He can't keep things like the gems or keys or Master Sword from falling into Link's hands because he likely does not know where they are or cannot actually get them himself.

And, since you don't seem to get this - he can't kill Link. Doing so would work against him. He needs Link for that part of the Triforce. Just like how he needs to keep Zelda alive.

I thought humans existed as well and that the hylians were not as common as all that? I highly doubt every hylian culture dress up their sons in gree nand call them link.

That "this" time he will be safe? lol, I like how you said that....that makes him seem more foolish than arrogant. Cannot get them himself? he cna do half the things Link can do and more besides, he has more resources and more capacity according to the Ganon supporters, instead he does what? get defeated again and again without learning about what items his opponents find, even when hes effectively got most of the world under his control under Zant he cant do it right, hes got all these resoucres yet he still cannot claim one object that Link requires?

Then he can capture him, capture him as soon as he knows of him and by now he should easily know a great many locations

1. LOL. Actually, they DO dress them in green, it's like a rite of passage for boys, and Link is a common name. Besides, Hylians are not uncommon at all, hell, in WW, he was not even a Hylian.

2. Arrogance is not stupidity, otherwise, the Elder God is a moron. He can't get them himself, because he very often is unable to even leave a specified area and such, other times he needed Link to do all of his little queer adventuring. He cannot claim the object because he LITERALLY cannot claim it, none but Link can.

3. Sure, because sending monsters that are weaker than Link to do so will really work right?

Hylians are not really special. They're very similar to humans. And yeah, actually, it's pointed out in certain games that they do just that. Link is a common Hylian name.

Considering how powerful Ganondorf is? He has every reason to believe that he'll be able to get away with it. He's impossible to be killed. Every attempt at locking him away is only temporary. And yes, the most important items that can be used to defeat him are things he cannot actually get. Ganondorf cannot get the Master Sword - only a Link can do so. The Light Arrows are simply arrows blessed with holy magic.

Generally as soon as Ganondorf is aware that there's a Link around, it's too late to simply capture him.

Read GK's post. He's probably the foremost LoZ expert on KMC. You'll see just how wrong you are about everything here.

Question since I'm not a big fan of Zelda and know very little.

When the goddesses flooded Hyrule to prevent Ganon from total domination, why did they do this, since they gave him his Triforce...or if he got it by other means, why didn't they take it from him and as such his power/immortality?

They did not, infact, give it to him. He took it, and it seems very likely they simply cannot take it from him. In WW he breaks free of a seal made by their combined power.

Well actually it is implied in TP the gods granted him the Triforce, maybe that is what confused him?

It's implied by a sage, who's not aware of the alternate timeline, to be a "joke of the gods" or something.

It seems as though he was granted the triforce the same moment his alternate self gained it in the split timeline.

Possibly, if that was the case, that would mean the Triforce transcends time. Hm.

The Triforce was initially left in the Sacred Realm as the remainder and reminder of their power after they created the world. They do not give or take it from anyone, and indeed it seems to be semi-sentient itself. Only those who are pure of heart, with a balance of power, wisdom, and courage, can claim the entire Triforce. When someone out of balance attempts to do so, they are left only with the piece most in tune with themselves, and the other two pieces seek out the individuals who most represent their respective qualities. The only way to bring the Triforce back together again is to gather the three bearers; then the pieces will resonate and reappear, coming together to become whole. Only then, when all three are together, can the Triforce be wished upon.

Well, if you agree (as I personally do) that TP takes place in the timeline following young OoT Link's ending, Link and Zelda already have their Triforces, as seen by the glowing emblems on their hands. I believe Miyamoto confirmed this at one point, but I'm not sure when. Anyway, since Link was sent back, already bearing his Triforce, the other pieces sought out those in tune with themselves at the moment he returned, before the Door of Time was even opened. The "joke of the gods" is that Ganondorf had the Triforce of Power without even knowing he had gained it.

Your proveing I do.

e.g:

You just stated he has control of the world thats withered by him yet he is still defeated by a kid with one type of item, whats stopping him from gaining these himself? or at least covering the land with minions so that anything worth having is nigh impossible to gain?

Obviously this is not the case because hes defeated every time nad his incompetance does not allow him to do anythin despite the amount of tries he has had.

You see your doing it again, listing a huge number of advantages Ganon has over his lowly opponents, usually too weak and unintelligent to face him or to understand his schemes and smack, hes defeated again by a young lad, the same sort of guy from before, several times hes defeated and often by similiar weapons. I mean Link uses so many resources that are required, silver arrows, the Master sword, Golden gauntlets etc etc, whats he going to do if Ganon use all his resources to bury them or to kill those that tell link of them. Obviously he does not, because hes stupid.

oh so I am right then, Ganon is a mindless beast at some point...

You see again, mad brute force, littel intelligence and when he has a scheme he ruins it completly by overestimating his foes, foes that are under his control through influences in his schemes who then gain some item to defeat him....like he shouldnt have seen that one coming.

The Triforce was initially left in the Sacred Realm as the remainder and reminder of their power after they created the world. Oh and I guess this magic falls from the sky?

1. Doom's losses far outweigh his victories, though that would be obvious to someone who is not an idiot. His victory against Beyonder was not even the real Doom btw.

2. Yeah, kinda is pathetic, Zant I mean. Letting him run around as a wolf and not killing him.

3. Zant's failing, not Ganondorf's. Yes, buffoon opinions, I would be using much harsher language, but thing is, I am not too fond of being banned. The boy has the right powers to harm and defeat him, he is immune to much of his power, and he himself is very intelligent. So yeah, not helping your case. Also, I accept your concession of the King Hyrule occurrence.

4. Link as a wolf fought Ganon, who is much more powerful than Zant. Link as a wolf is not weaker than he is as a Hylian, and he has Midna to back him up in that form as well.

5. Right, because sending your entire army to guard one item is an excellent idea. Doing that would leave every other key point in the world that can be used to harm him completely exposed.

6. When he has a physical form? Well in OoT and WW he could have, but guess what? He needed Link to unsheathe the Master Sword in OoT because that was how he could claim the Triforce, and in WW doing so would release his full power. In TP he could not, in the Zelda 1 he could not, in Zelda 2 he could not, in aLttP he could not...Really any other time he could not. So shut the **** up, you have no idea what you are talking about as anyone else can plainly see.

No, that would be the Fire Arrows. ๐Ÿ™‚ He usually has it granted by someone with the power to, like Zelda.

Try actually reading what I've said next time.

Ganon is an evil being, and the Silver/Light Arrows are holy items. It is literally impossible for him to claim them. And he does indeed cover the land with his minions. In many cases the items Link gathers are either in temples, protected by the temples' own holy defenses, or in hidden and sealed dungeons protected by strong monsters under Ganon's control. It would be far more idiotic to have those items brought within proximity of himself. Without the playing the games, you can't possibly understand the trials Link goes through to collect the items that can seal Ganon.

The only time Ganon is a "mindless beast" is when it's an incomplete shade of himself, not the real thing. I just said that.

Ganon's temporary defeats come from items and events that he is literally unable to control. He cannot wield or even take the Master Sword, as it's the Blade of Evil's Bane and neither he nor any of his minions can touch it. The Arrows are holy items which he cannot destroy.

To think you could make any points when you have not played the series is ridiculous, and your unknowledgable attempts are making everyone groan at how much you don't know.

Silly thing to say isnt really, surely if I was ignoring what you say I would not post to it at all, I wouldnt make a claim against any of your points either....furthermore, you would prob want me to read what you typed "this time", not "next time" and besides, my whole argument is based on your lack of understanding and reaching to cover up Ganons stupidity by showing me feats of his brute force and lowly plans not working ๐Ÿ˜‰

Literally impossible? based on? is this stated? according to Neme the light arrows need ot be enchanted as well. Oh I think I can, its fairly obvious, Link goes through lal of these trials yet you claim it would be idiotic for Ganon to bring these items to his own bastion? or to bury them if he cannot hold them? no thats a perfect plan, he has resources and power for it, far beyond according to you and others.

Rubbish, theres nothing stopping him from burying items, stopping Link from finding out about them, finding out information himself and forceing Zelda or some random inhabitant to carry whatever holy weapon he would want to steal. So many resources at his disposal and he fails every time despite his experiance, what a incredible and competant character "sigh".

Ive made plenty of points, you just make silly excuses such as "zomg Ganon cant touch them!" or try and hide information liek the fact Link needs light arrows enchanted. Theres so many things Ganon could do with his resources and tehy dont always have to include killing someone or destroying or holding an item himself. Hell with his control over the world, stoping Link from gaining information would be a key tactic...but no...seems he cant do that either.

1. not by the looks of that lnk, hell hes against entities vastly more poweful than him, and some that are not that much weaker tbh, theres a lot more of them agasnst him than there are against Ganon as well who are of a fair power level.

2. Ganon for not getting him to do something about it.

3. Both failings, mostly Ganondorf. Speak freely, ill prob more likely get banned for reporting it since the mods are on your side, or it will be ignored my case is fine, no matter how many times you try and overhype a few schemes hes still had vast resources and total domination and blundered for stupidity. lol the King is no concern, Ganon was there wasnt he unless the King has faster reaction time and speed nad power than Ganondorf? and you can prove he suddenly appeared through a vid or something.

4. Not when Zant sent her away he did not.

5. Like what? theres very few at all, hell you go on about him being immune to everything but light arrows and the master sword, if they were secure, he need not worry.

6. In Tp he could have had Zant do it. And why couldnt he in Zelda 1, 2 etc?

yes I thought so lol, funny how you keep that from me in a hope i dont realise, turns out thats another thing he can keep from Link if he was clever in any sense.
