King of Otherworld, wielded Excalibur, the Amulet of Right. Had a very successful and well received run in the MI:13 books. Has just as much heart as Steve, a genuine hero.

and by make America you meant the United States of America right? Ok most of the people who decided to break away from the English were born in the colonies. and they didnt consider themselves British. nor did the British consider them British. so before you try to school someone get all the facts cleared up.

Soldier in WW2, Wielded Mjolnir, probably the closest thing Marvel has character wise to Superman, leader of the Avengers and possibly the best hand to hand combatant. But that hand to hand part is probably extremely debatable.
I've been told Cap stared omnipotence in the face without flinching too, but I haven't seen that.

Excalibur and/or the Amulet of Right trumps Mjolnir ten-fold. Brian could wield it to imo, there isn't one immoral bone in his body and he's just as righteous as Steve. The only thing Steve has over him is H2H ability and leadership, no way I would try to argue against that. I don't like to compare these two on a power level seeing as Brian severely outclasses him, but on a personality and character view, they're pretty even.
The omnipotence thing was Thanos with the Infinity Gauntlet. Brian agreeing to go and fight Jaspers or Merlyn shows he's not afraid either. He's died for his country and he wants to do nothing more than to serve it like Steve. He's even died for his country before. Last time every citizen were instantly aware of his death.
That's pretty BA, they're equal imo.
