Taskmaster is peak human. His ability is to be able to do whatever physical thing you do, photographic reflexes. Cap is arguably stronger than him. I was speaking solely on H2H skills, not like this guy has 20 ton strength so he beats him.
The Amulet and Sword made him King of Otherworld, he was able to heal those who needed it and he was the rightful wielder of the sword, and any who were unworthy would instantly die. He ruled over the Multiverse. It has also appeared in the MI:13 books but I haven't got a chance to pick them up.

For the same reason we move out of our parent's house. Live on our own and be independent. Would you stay in your parent's house if they did everything for you and took care of you without asking for anything in return?

No but thats a tad amount diffrent, living on your own is not always useful, afterall today no country could really live on its own, you need trade and resources from other areas.
