Woohoo, official off-topic thread!

I have a question.

Throughout the last few pages or so, why has SuperLuigi had no moderator action taken against him, even though he directly flamed another in no less than four posts, likely more?

I have been banned for one post, and it was after I edited the insults out, but was banned on the grounds that the moderator saw my flames before I edited them out, so tell me, why has SuperLuigi had no action taken against him?
