No. I do not know my own national anthem, let alone the Star-Spangled Banner.

There is no shame in not knowing the lyrics for your national anthem. What matters is to genuinely embrace it when others sing, should you lack the means to. A national anthem is there to pay respect to your country, the people in it and heroes of the past, and respect is not paid in words, but with heart.
