Why is ScreamPaste Banned?

He and BT were both told and warned numerous times to stop trolling and baiting each other. They were also both told just a few days ago, when I gave them official warnings, that the next time I had to step in they were going to be getting temp bans.

They both more than earned it, and I let them off easy by only making it three days and giving them as many chances as I did.
