Its an impossible thing to test, asking random questions would be redundant unless theres a better way. I have seen first hand many of the cutscenes and watched others, I keep track of a lot of the things that happen. If she hates it and does not play it I cannot see how she could know more of it.
Only if its specified in a thread, outside of the game is uncanon on KMC. Only the game themselves are canon.
