Horrible diagnosis and it's a good thing you're no doctor then. You don't have to have sex with a dead person to be labeled one, just like you (a man) don't have to have sex with a man to be bisexual or gay. If his penis gets aroused by dead women, bones, the thought of banging decayed vag or anything of the sort then he should be one. If he gets off to kissing dead women then I would label him as one.
