Resident Evil Afterlife has somehting that doesn't make sense to me. In the movie, there will be Majini. How did they get into the RE movie-verse? Before they came around, there was Las Plagas. I assmue that Wesker somehow retrieved a sample and that's how there are Majini in the movie. But wait, didn't that whole Plagas crap happen while Leon was alive (who got killed off way before the year 2004 in the movies)? I know Ada didn't give the sample to Wesker, only a fake sample, which checks off one of the reasons. Maybe Wesker has HUNK (who isn't seen in the movies) sent on a mission to retrieve a Plagas sample.
Or maybe due to the idiotness from Hollywood, they probably had Albert ordering Las Plagas off of Ebay.

Yeah. From the looks of it, this Afterlife will be more RE5-based, in addition to Wesker having a more significant role than he did in Extinction.
Might actually watch this in its entirety (unlike the previous films which I only saw bits and pieces of), not that I expect much from it.
But I still think the less that is said about all this, the better.

What kinda irks me is that how actors are switched to play Wesker. In extinction, Wesker is an evil, chubby faced leader of Umbrella who looks like he's maybe in his forties but in Afterlife, he looks almost like a teenager. I wonder how they'll explain this in the movie. I wouldn't be surprised if Wesker says he took a virus that makes him look young.
I can see Wesker actually not mutating in the movie, and will die in his normal form, if he dies at all.
I mean, what other monsters could they rip off? I also highly doubt Uroboros will be in the movie.
If Wesker does turn into some random Tyrant/Uroboros/Blob monster, I am not watching movies anymore.

Afterlife has Majini and the Executioner Majini. There's a chance Uroboros will appear in this movie and I also heard from somewhere that Excella Gionne will appear in this movie as well. If she turns into a giant blob just like in the game, it would probably be bad but at least it shows Hollywood getting some things right from the game.
