well you'll be alright, as long as youre not trying to quantify the seismic toss.
The toss is OSSIM droolio

in any case, i dont think anything there points to him flying into the outter atmosphere.
that wouldnt work anyway because charizard is a flying lizard... he uses wings for flight not thrusters. there isnt enough air in the atmosphere for him to even reach that height.
You didn't see him fly high about the clouds?

Disagrees. flight is still possible at that altitude.

i used to live in a city where clouds were only 80 feet above our heads. "clouds" by themselves dont mean anything.

no animal has ever flown that high, and the only aircraft that have ever reached that altitude are jets, and that is because they possess...

thrusters.
the reason why jet thrusters allow jets to fly that high up is because that way they dont depend on the air actually providing lift. objects with wings (including helicopters) do. thats why helicopters cant fly above 40,000 feet. past that point there is simply not enough air to keep it afloat. and that specific helicopter is the #1 most powerful helicopter humans have, and its a one of a kind. all the rest can barely go past 8,000 feet before there's not enough air.
edit- theres also the matter of lack of breathing for charizard, and redding out and blacking out. all of these factors would prevent a biological creature from flying that high without the use of magic or mechanics.
