Don't listen to that foo. Play it, its every bit as good as Chrono Trigger.

I won't spoil anything, but there's something good in there for Chrono Trigger fans maybe midway through the game too.

That's about as far from correct as possible. True, you will have to be a patient person to enjoy the game (as well as someone with some skill, meaning that you won't quit when you fail, cuz you WILL fail).

It's basically Phantasy Star Online (not Universe) with a lot smarter and harder monsters.
