They made that to show the PS3's potential power, and that's it.

I really hope they don't remake FFVII. There are so many better games that could do with a remake and I think that game has been done to death by now anyway.

Wouldn't mind a remake. I didn't play FF7 though I want to now, and playing now with the ps1 graphics is turning me off a bit. Especially after 13.

I'd agree. There's things I think should be remade, and things that probably shouldn't. Even if I were an FF fan, I'd probably think that particular roster of characters is over used.

They are. And the game itself really isn't anything special. It was simply the first one on the Playstation and first of the FF games to really break out into popularity in the US.

I would much rather FFIV FFV or FFVI be remade insteard of FFVII anyway if they really wanted to remake a final fantasy but those are just the only ones I actually enjoyed so meh

I don't care about any FF remakes. I just want a Legend of Dragoon 2, which I've heard rumors of as recent as 6 months ago.

a legend of dragoon 2 would be awesome and if it gets remade maybe they would make a vanguard bandits 2 would make me very happy

oh yes yes its like though I didnt know they had anime with knight robots meh guess thats what I get for not watching much TV but yeah its one of my favorite PS1 games if not my overall favorite

Nah, the guymelefs aren't that big.

Escaflowne is great, though. I love that anime. It's still my sister's favorite. It's very different from most mecha anime.
