Rathian's hella easier than Rathalos, anyway...

Ironicly, I could make a full set of Rathalos armour befor-wait, I STILL can't make any Rathian shit, because, even though I've killed 9001 Rathian, they never, /ever/ drop the plate.. >_>

But yeah, Rathalos is pretty easy, imho, only time I've not beaten him was the Rathian /and/ Rathalos quest.

1. Make sure you cut off the tail for a plate.
2. Use that Jaggi mask, because it has Fate + 10. This gets you rarer rewards.
3. Wait until you get one of the "Lucky Cat" skills from the food you eat.
4. Don't die at all.
5. Fight the online Rathian. It has a better chance to drop it.

I love that Rathalos and Rathian quest.

I don't even /need/ it. I have armours superior to Rathian in every way. I just /want/ it because I wanted it and never got it.

Plate is 4%, Ruby is 3%. In the rewards, I mean.

Sims actually look like people though. There aren't any lava slugs, rolling elephants or flying lizard monsters with tails on permanent fire.
