1. The chances of getting pregnant even without using any sort of birth control are about one in three. And that's assuming that the guy finishes while still inside the girl.
2. Condoms are 98% effective with perfect use, about 90% effective with average use, and rarely break unless you are doing it wrong. Never known anyone to have had a condom break on them, and yes, my friends and I discuss sex rather openly and frankly.
3. If you take precautions, use protection, discuss your history with your partner, and get tested, then you do not need to worry about catching anything.
4. It can be painful. If you're doing it wrong. Going slowly and using lube is your friend. And you know what? For some people, a bit of pain isn't a bad thing.
5. You completely missed my point. You talk about masturbation as though it's something shameful and disgusting. How is sex any different? It's not.
