It's more of a sport fighting.

**** Supes.

Zomulgustav, Zephrona, Ashera, Nephilisto, Mecca, Sol, and Alexisstrazia fart him out of existence!

Really? Tae Kwon Do fails as a martial art? Why because it is an Olympic Sport which tests fighters strength, stamina, and endurance? Because it uses the strength of the legs to defeat your opponent? All Jackson has is golf; big deal.

It is a sport, buit as a martial art it is ineffective and crappy. Watch UFC sometime, see how many TKD guys win fights, not many.

I'm not an expert of TKD, but UFC is not the autthority on what works or does not in a real Street Fight.

No dur. But you can get a basic idea. TKD focuses mainly on the legs, which are stronger, but also slower and leave you easier to counter typically. Also, you yourself said that TKD fails as a martial art before, why now the reserved opinion?

Because I don't know too much about it, I was being an ass back then.

Oh. I think better styles than TKD that focus in the striking department would be boxing and Muay Tai.

And Judo.

I don't watch UFC. The legs are the longest and strongest part of a human and Taekwondo uses the legs as the primary offensive weapon instead of hands like in kung fu. Physically, taekwondo develops strength, speed, balance, flexibility, and stamina.

Heck Bruce Lee also instructed Chuck Norris and taught him Jun Fan and Jeet Kune Do. Hmm...that's again more than Jackson.

Is that a joke?

Muay Thai and Boxing are very good styles. Solid fundementals, very efficient, and great conditioning (Mainly Muay Thai)

Which is why it sucks. The legs are less effective than the hands, due to being much slower and easier to counter. Wrestling(real wrestling) develops strength, footwork, balance, flexibility, and stamina, and is a better martial art. Boxing develops punching power, speed, footwork, and stamina, once again, better. I can't comment on Jun Fan or Jeet Kune Do, too little knowledge. To Sol, Judo is for grappling, not striking.

Your legs are at least three times more powerful than your hands, but aren't as effective as your Hands. A good martial artist develops powerful hand and effective feet.

Which is why Muay Tai is a good style.

Style is is irrelevant when it comes to becoming a good martial artist.

My answer is Systema.

Making your foe die of embarassment that he would fight someone using Systema?

Yeah I can see why you think UFC means anything. It actually looks pretty gay. Oh and for the record that's Kimo a 3rd degree black belt at Taekwondo.

YouTube video

Fight of a Taekwondo user and a Muay Thai user. Now this isn't the entire fight but the Taekwondo dude won.
