Even back when I played the TCG (aaaaages ago - I stopped collecting the cards around 1999-2000), all I cared about was what Pokemon I liked and thought were cute; how strong they were came second.
...though that actually lead me to create a pretty awesome deck that consisted of Pokemon that only used clear energy cards (well, that, and I was too lazy to actually collect energy cards). Everyone thought it was really weak until they got destroyed.
Well, I stopped collecting not long after they came out in the US. I simply got bored with playing the game and spending money on bits of paper I was going to inevitably lose, I only collected them for a few months.
I did wind up with a lot of Japanese cards, though, thanks to the awesome video shop down the street that sold cards.
They're all somewhere in my closet, still. I should see if I can dig them out at some point.

That's rad, think I may pre-order it.
I have a new and exciting problem, which I hoep someone here can help me with.
My skin is turning greenish blue. Or maybe blueish green... One of the two, not sure. It's bluey greeny and not really awesome. It started with my hands, and it washes off, but it comes back quickly, for no apparent reason, and spreads. It resembles the colour of oxidised copper, so I'm thinking it could be an abundance of copper in my system and have stopped taking vitamins, but it persists. As I said, it washes off, so it's.. like.. wtf? O-o I'm turning green. Uhm, yeah..
Anyone else ever experience this?
Originally posted by NephthysI have sort of an unreasonable phobia/hatred of doctors, but am considering it. I'm just not sure it's anything dangerous, because it washes off, though my one arm is a little sore, but I blame that on my wrist and work. (broke it a lot and a bone sticks out of it, and yeh.. Overuse = pain) The fact it comes back is concerning, because most of the copper in your body is in your blood. haermm but not even sure if it's a copper issue.
........Maybe you should go to a Hospital. O.o
If it were something like an infection I'd already have gone. O.o
