Have you tried archery while on horseback. lol

I mean on horseback yeah lol.

I don't usually dismount unless there's like only 2 or 3 enemies left.

Never dismount sir, the horse is the greatest weapon in this game.

Also use moar lances and spears it is the greatest thing ever to hit an enemy with a lance at full speed.

Meh, my sentiments don't allow me to never dismount.

If there are some infantrymen left nearing the end of a battle I just have to dismount and kill them mano-a-mano. Played too much Dynasty Warriors I guess.

Man I never got on a horse back when I played dynasty warriors.

They just got in my way. 😎

Yeah horses were almost useless unless you were playing as Ma Chao in dw 4 or 5.

I disagree. There is a helmet that made them quite useful indeed. I will also point out that staff users like Pang Tong (best character) and uh....the fire staff guy (forget his name).

horses just weren't fun to play as in DW in the first place.

I liked getting around faster. Red Hare was ftw. And I eventually got sick of getting off my horse every time, so I started using the helmet.

Worked for me.

oh wait which dynasty warriors are you talking about? i think in 4 there was a harness item that lets you get a shadow horse or something that you couldn't fall off of.

There are harnesses in all the DW games I have. I even have Red Hare on DW4 and 5.
