lame and pointless ability imo, id rather be able to go invisible, teleport, time powers....think of the possibilities....hmm....stop time/invicible...cheerleader changing rooms

Jedah can also go back in time and recreate the universe, so time powers has no effect on him. He can be liquid, invisible, invincible and more, hence why he has ALL of Kain's abilities and more.
