Let me tell you the story so far.
Instead of a Pallet Town setting, you are the son of the president of the Amato region's (name subject to change) power company, Indra Corp.

That is the small area which serves as a living quarters for Indra employees. The long building is the boarding house, which is where your first battle takes place after getting your pokemon as a gift from your dad. A bully-type is picking on the girl rival, and you go and kick his ass. Afterwards, she gets introduced and says that she is going to get a pokemon like you.
The purple building is Lightning Cafe, an adult/employees only cafe where the owner treats you like a kid. I made it to where you can prank call the lady at the front desk. 🙂 She gets pissed from it.
The two small buildings are lockers/changing rooms for the pool.
I'm thinking about making the town expand as you progress through the game.
Also, making a working elevator for the actual Headquarters building was a BlTCH.
Aaaaand, your older brother left your home 4 years ago to go train in the mountains or something with Brawly. He's gonna be a major boss later.
