So, guys, should I get one of the new Pokemon games? I skipped Diamond/Pearl because the Pokemon were mostly crap.

By the way, I don't have bad taste. But I liked Samurai Jack before Scenario informed me about that rooster.

Also the rooster episode is hilarious, and you do have bad taste. Like overcooked spinach.

But I'm not anti-Gen I. XD I just really like this Gen. If it makes you feel any better I don't think it's perfect. But I also only think that because it failed to make any truly awesome Normal types.

You are aware that the rooster is in a polymorphed Jack, right? He pissed off a wizard and got turned into a chicken, and lost exactly none of his fighting ability.

But if one small detail that you disapprove of justifies hatred of the entire show, I can't imagine how you like anything.

I'd buy it just for all the radical changes made to it. 3 dimensional areas, triple battles, etc. The Pokemon aren't that bad, I like them more than Gen 3 and around the same as Gen 4. Certainly not as comforting as the long missed simplicity that is Gen 1 but it seems to be making more of an effort towards being simple than Gen 3 & 4 so I respect it for that.

They actually look like animals. Which is nice 😛

But they aren't supposed to just look like animals. That'd be incredibly lame.
