Aura, its been established before that you can often go no further than these sad, bitter distortionary retorts.

In the future, I would recommend recognizing before hand when these situations will arise and simply avoid entering your opinion in them.

K? ๐Ÿ™‚

"Would have been". Obviously, you're just throwing out whatever retort you can come up with. Like I said, gg.

I prefer Zatoichi skills young man.

And Cloud, nay, Final Fantasy as a whole, will never be as whored out as Mario. Ever.

I do not see the joke.

That's because you are blind.

Or he's right. I've never seen Final Fantasy Tennis, or FFX-2 Beach Volleyball.

Give it time.

I counted 52.

That's way more Mario games than I can name.

Dude....No.

Yes. Because Mario being a referee or appearing in a game automatically makes it his.

Great is defined by "notably large in size."

So what does it mean to be the "greatest?"

Well it can mean fattest, yes.

But another definition is "remarkable in magnitude," or "chief or preeminent over others."

Mario is almost certainly not the "best" character, at least in terms of depth and all that stupid shit.

But he is, without doubt, if not the, one of the greatest videogame characters of all time.

The same can be said of Superman, only with him one could make an argument that the character himself holds signifigant merit and depth.

There are good, deep, multilayered characters, and there are icons. While these are not mutually exclusive of course, sometimes, you can be one without the other.

To be fair, Mario releases more blatant "GIVE US MUNNY" stupid whore games than Final Fantasy.

I have never seen Final Fantasy Golf.

"Highest in quality"

So does this fit Mario(Character)? Does this fit Superman?

I hears denial.

What's up with female side-kicks and being barefoot in fantasy settings?

Is being barefoot some kind of theme for being "pure" or something?

Toph goes shoeless because her shoes are dirty from kicking so much ass.

You literally just nitpicked the very last definition on that listing. How pathetic.

That is also a subjective definition, which is not what I am discussing. I believe Superman as a character is remarkable, but that is my opinion. And while my own opinion obviously outweighs the collective views of your entire species, let us pretend for a moment it does not.

The first three definitions, which are more objective, describe both Superman and Mario very well. Well, the first admittedly in a sort of meta way.

Figures you like the blind one.
