Not so much an impact. Though clearly argued with him before and he does have more tact than any other snarky bastard on here.
KH stands for Kingdom Hearts, a game so cartoony and hilarious in its very existence and popularity that it has become without a doubt one of the most awesome and stupid series ever.

I dunno. I have so many loved characters, it's like a hack and slash version of Pokemon for me.
But my highest leveled is Xing Cai, who is actually almost maxed in Attack and Health, and about 250 points off in Defense.
After that it's Pang Tong, Zhang Fei, Cao Ren. In that order.
Edit: Er, my bad. Xing Cai is about 250 points off in all stats. Forgot the counter in the pause menu counts the Seal bonuses.
I noticed that about the Ex Attack, hah. Made me laugh. Guan Yu hit me with his 2nd Musou in one of his Xu's Legendary Battles and I just got to run around in it.
Pang Tong would probably be bottom tier. His Ex Attack has so much ending lag on it. It's like he exhaled so hard he shot out his lungs. Almost as bad as Guo Huai.
I'm just upset that Pang Tong's wind mage style was basically dropped. Though he looks really awesome using the Curved Sword.
