Which is why he loses. ๐Ÿ˜›

If Atem had listened to Yugi and not played the Seal of Orichalcos (which everyone seems to lose when they play that card), I think he could've still had a chance of a decent comeback against Rafael. Rafael was no joke himself though (one of my favorite characters in the series actually), but like I said, it was filler, so yeah.

You talking about the duel with Kaiba in which Tea intervened at the end? Atem could've won that just by taking out one of the heads of BEUD with Celtic Guardian. >_>

No, what I meant is they don't need to pay bills. ๐Ÿ˜›

Joey is not that good while playing the game. He still makes quite a few mistakes. See Virtual duel arc where Atem's strategy went way over his head.

Disregarding the fact that it's filler, Joey made up for that in his duel against Valon (he mostly only lost to evil Mai because he was overly exhausted from his previous duel with Valon).

Wheeler gets far too little credit.

True, but better than Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon? mmm Joey should've had that. >_>

Hmm, yeah, I'll admit that REDD is > BEWD.
Also, I agree, Joey should have had REDD. It sucks that Black Skull Dragon needs Summoned Skull, which Joey didn't have. Also, Meteor B. Dragon was a movie only monster right?
Though the way he summoned Red Eyes Metal Dragon was sweet.

Meh, I guess Joey only needs regular REBD to pwn. awesome

Yeah. Kinda odd they didn't fuse during that moment though. Guess that's part of what supports the movie being non-canon.

Yep, he was. Not gonna lie... My favorite moments with Kaiba, to be honest, were most of the times when he ridiculed Noah (whether it was behind Noah's back or when he was talking to Noah directly), and when he had a confrontation with his step-father which he overcome for a second time. The times when Seto fought his way through most of Pegasus's guards and stuff in the duelist kingdom was pretty cool too (despite that two of the guards did not have guns on them thanks to 4kids editing and instead just pointed their fingers at Kaiba ๐Ÿ˜‚ ).

Yeah, but it was better than Horakhty IMO. Plus it made Obelisk look like the Big Guy among the God cards. awesome

I agree. I also like the way he beat Gozaburo at a chess game when he was young, and took over his company a while later. That was badass.

I can guess that Atem did not duel as much as Jaden. Joey being there kinda gave us two main characters to observe throughout the tournaments.

Nah, his hair is awesome.

He probably had more duels than Jaden did, between all the filler arcs, and tournaments. Though no duel in GX lasted more than 2 eps mmm

No, Yami Yugi's hair is awesome, Yugi's is shitty vin

Heh, he may not be as smart as Kaiba or Yami, but he has his fair share of awesome plays.
And like I said, Kaiba's cards are a lot more powerful than Joey's & he had been dueling for years, while Yami had the God cards, plot & years of experience on his side. Joey only has luck, and was shitty at the beginning, but became a rival to those two duelists during Battle City. As far as pure skill goes he is > Kaiba IMO.

Also, I'll point out that Jaden isn't exactly one for strategy either. ๐Ÿ˜›
He prefers coming up with stuff in the moment, pretty much like Joey.

Not only that, but Yugi basically like stopped using Summoned Skull altogether after the Dueliest Kingdom arc, from what I remember, so basically, no more Black Skull Dragon as well.

I don't remember if Meteor B. Dragon was a movie only monster or not, as I only really saw him in a video game (Duelist of the Roses for PS2).
Yeah, that much is true.

lol Yep, that's definitely true.

Yeah, though granted, Seto needed Mokuba's help for him to have the last percentage required to fully take over Kaiba Corp, as he and Gozaburo were tied before that (plus Seto had the much-needed assistance of the Big 5 before that during the little competition), but yeah.. Still badass that he took over the company not too long after being adopted... Even before Seto began to play chess with his soon to be step-father, I found it cool how he baited him into playing by saying to Gozaburo "Oh that's too bad. Wait 'till I tell the reporters you were afraid to lose to a kid!" or something along the lines of that. awesome

I liked Gozaburo as a villain for the whole virtual arc, but I swear, he had the most CIS out of everyone in the entire series. At the beginning of his duel (or rematch) with Seto, he already had all 5 pieces of Exodia in his hand (lol I call cheater), and instead of using them to get an instant & automatic win, he went through the whole trouble of sending them all to the graveyard so he could summon Exodia Necross. Taking his sweet time in other words. Not only that, but after successfully summoning Necross, he never used ANY other card in his deck for the rest of the duel. >_> Maybe he should've re-read the duel monsters instruction manual before challenging one of the world's champions at it... It didn't really even take that long for Seto to figure out how to beat Exodia Necross either, but aside from that, E. Necross was like my top favorite monster of that season, and he did have a much cooler design than the regular Exodia IMO.

DID NO ONE HEAR ME RANDY SAVAGE IS DEAD GAZE UPON MY WORKS AND DESPAIR.

The Macho Man is dead?

What's the difference between their hair again?

Yami can pull it off. Yugi cannot.

Yeah, died yesterday.

He had a heart attack while driving. Figuring dying of a heart attack was a lame death, he then drove into a tree.

Lol

Macho Man will be missed. It makes me hate WWE more for what it becamed.
A mere mockry of WCW.

YouTube video

You /do/ remember the WWF before WCW? Or am I just that old? ๐Ÿ˜›

Amen.

As for which came first, dunno, but I kinda found WCW more entertaining.

Bored so I post this.

Yeah, I was thinkin' about that too. I was like: "Man it would suck if he died like, choking on a Jolly Rancher!" He didn't though, manly death was manly. Prolly could've taken somone else out with him. Wherever he is, you bet your sweet ass he's sittin' in the shade.

We saw someone who cosplayed him and was totally epic about the entire thing. "Star Wars Trivial Pursuit is the MOST AMERICAN THING! IN AMERICA!"

...I think he was also half-drunk.

And apparently Charizard is only two inches taller than I am.

There was also a countdown to the apocalypse in the lobby yesterday evening, it was funny.
