Wars fought for good reasons are in their nature good and make for entertaining stories.

Now I get what I'm saying sounds pretty evil. It comes from the basic philosophy that all war is evil and that there are no winners in war. But I find that an insulting philosophy for soldiers who believe they're fighting to win a cause worth dying for. Now some of the more dishonorable actions of war are pretty evil. And uninteresting to hear about.

My dad was a soldier so you can forgive me thinking him being taken out of my life for a while makes me believe he was fighting a for something just. Not that he did much of that. 😛
