Well, nah. But most of it has to do with the characters I don't like. Sometimes the voice acting can get annoying but that is part of the charm for me. Usually it's only the villains so it gives me more of an incentive to root for the hero.

Actually, he is nothing like either. This is a little kid character. But, he was the first really strong blader to show up and beat the main character and his rival at the same time. He also set in motion the plot and it was cool.

I don't mind him losing to the main character later on but then he loses to some douche who shows up out of nowhere. Which I don't mind but he clearly had trained and prepared. He deserved to win damn it.

Though there is a rival character. And he is sort of an amalgam of Ray and Kai. And I like him more than either. ^^

Edit: Just learned that my favorite characters last name meas Deva Path.

A lot of people might find him annoying. But considering he beat the crap out of characters I don't like, I root for him. ^^

I'm surprised that you think Ray was as cool as Kai. He was Kai-lite. Plus Kai had two of the most awesome bit-beasts EVAR!!!

I read Breaker. Then Read until chapter 12 of Breaker: NW, then stopped because I'd like to read the rest of the story in one go. Only thing that pisses me off are the names. That and the sensei nearly killing the main guy at the end just to get him out of Murim. That said, the Sensei is one ossum dude.

Haha yeah.. used to think Japanese names were hard. Second read through and still cant remember a single characters name. He does? Only thing coming to mind about the ending is that berserk fight. God damn the mans a beast.

The new guy is much much much much better than Tyson. He has an actually goal besides being a Sue. 😐

Oh, and the new show has it's own Daichi. And I hate him.

I have little to no trouble with Japanese names nowadays. But these Korean ones are too long and too similar to remember properly. >__>
