Kingdom Hearts does exist in both of our sequences. Unfortunately, the extended extremely incredibly wrong sequence you provided at first is wrong, as the correct sequence I provided at first denotes that other game series may only be placed before Assassin's Creed and not after Kingdom Hearts. ([insert game series here] > Assassin's Creed)
So what you've really come up with is 7 1 2 3 4.
Therefore, the extended extremely incredibly correct sequence I provided i.e. [insert game series here] > Mortal Combat > Resident Evil > God of War > Call of Duty > Persona > Assassin's Creed > Kingdom Hearts > is extremely incredibly correct. Not 100% correct now that I look at it as there shouldn't be a [insert game series here] before Mortal Combat, but it is 99% more correct than yours. 😛
