How can someone not like reading?

Also, I've not seen the Avengers yet, and I don't know if I'm going to.

Imagine my shock when I found out some people didn't like pizza. Anyway, I've finally begun watching GoT. Pretty good so far.

there are people that don't like pizza?

Oh, hah hah. You're just so very funny.

Maybe it has more to do with the fact that 1) I'm not into comic or superhero-related things in the first place, and 2) I very rarely go see movies and in general don't find watching things a very enjoyable form of entertainment.

I've not seen any of the movies that lead into this one, so why would I really care about or be interested in this?

I thought it was kind of funny myself.

Also you limit your potential geek-credentials.

But Movie Tony Stark > Nolan-verse Bruce Wayne.

Who was the MMPR Green/White Power Ranger again?

Yeah, though when it comes to villains on the other hand, Nolan-verse Joker > Film Loki, not that the latter wasn't an enjoyable performance too.

Tommy. As far as coolness goes, he was best as the Green Ranger IMO.

Also, hai.

Joker is overrated.

Agreed to an extent, though Loki isn't really all that himself.

Why?

He's overrated because 99% of the time the reason why he gets away with his schemes is because the character he's a foil of is an idiot (Batman).

As Blax stated. Joker unlike Loki isn't a mastermind he's hyped up to be. Most of the Time he gets away with things because Batman suddenly acts like a retard when he's around. Not to mention if Batman used common sense most of the time Joker wouldn't be much of a threat.

Joker's actually a genius... ermm

Him and the other 9/10 villains that exist. Being a genius doesn't really mean anything in comic books, tbh.

Except that they don't. Joker is just generally that good.

Not really. Most villains aren't as smart as Joker. Joker is every bit the same to Batman as Lex Luthor is to Superman.

Lex Luthor, another guy who by all rights shouldn't be alive or much of a threat at all but is because his foil is an idiot.

I'm extremely bitter toward mainstream Marvel/DC comics, if you can't tell. lol

Don't see how, tbh.

😂, i don't see how either. Though I hate X-Men right now.

Anyway, yeah. I still stand by what I said. What Placidity said here pretty much summed up how weak Loki actually was in the movie. I agree that Loki himself should've required more of a team effort to take down like Joker in TDK than just

Spoiler:
Hulk beating him up, as amusing as that scene was
. It's all opinion anyway, and don't really care who disagrees, or who thinks Joker is overrated, etc.

The comparison with Joker doesn't work.

Joker is someone who only Harley would care, were he to die.

Lex Luthor in the majority of his comics actually has good publicity, and Superman murdering him would make Superman a pariah, now, he could say "**** DA LAW IM SUPAMAN", but in doing so would effectively become no better than Lex: Someone who abuses his power to serve his own ends.

Also, Pr, Blax and Phan are just buttmad. They don't seem to realise that while Batman may not try to kill the Joker, many in DC have. They tend to fail.

As for why Joker hasn't been given the death penalty, Arkham Asylum holds serious weight in Gotham, and the psychiatrists use their funds to bribe the judges to send him to them, because they are very stupid and very corrupt and want to become famous by curing him.

You proved my point that the only reason Joker is still around is because Everyone is a moron. Stop sending him to the same prison that he keeps breaking out off because evidently its security sucks ass.

Actually no. Joker has been put in other prisons before. He's just an expert at escaping, no matter how much security you have.

One example not even in the comics is the Arkham games.
