If there's another possible time-skip, then what would be the point of calling them Young Justice. At that point it'd turn into a JL reboot.

The Teen Titans team, could be cool but didn't Cyborg join the JL by himself in one continuty?

Eh, I barely liked the first time skip. It has too many characters with little development and barely any contact between the team.

All I know is that Nightwing's more stoic, a little of what happened with Conner/M'gann/BB, and that M'gann likes to strangle small animals >_> That's hardly anything. Less with the other 7 members.
