Well it's actually more 560 chapters. 100 chapters cover an arc that is more or less filler. A crappy filler at that. Unless you're like NemeBro and has bonerz for Enel.

You missed Skypeia(One Big Filler really, with only 2 notable events), Davy Back(Filler but a good one), Water 7/Eneis Lobby(Arguably the best One Piece arcs), Thriller Bark(Is okay) and Impel Down(which is...kinda filler, kinda not).
