So I am trying to read more comic books and shit.

Recently read Joker, and just finished Kingdom Come. Both were excellent.

Okay ****ers, here is what we're going to do:

Toonami's Line-Up right now is very limited because apparently they have a really small budget.

That is a really small line up. The guys behind Toonami want to bring back things like Naruto(was okay I guess...) and DBZ(****ing YES) but budget is shitty. I'm supporting this as much as I can not only for those shows but because One Piece has had a pathetic history in the States and I'd like for Toonami to pick that up.

So yeah, support it and stuff. It's still Toonami. :3

Keep FMA:B, GitS, Cowboy Beebop and defiantly Deadman Wonderland.

I be watching it like hell. Just wish they didn't air it so late. I'm glad they picked up Casshern Sins, will be watching that as well.

Bleach is probably the most popular anime they have lol. No idea on the ratings but it has the prime spot. So they can keep it. I actually like the dub.

Though they will need to address the fact that the show is no longer in production in Japan.

Would it kill Adult Swim to make Saturday nights anime nights only? Screw King of the Hill, Family Guy, Loiter Squad, Delocated, and especially the Boondocks. Have people not watched enough of rednecks, old jokes, a poor imitation of Jackass, the Soviets, and racism on the weeknights?

I really don't know how Toonami works but why don't they put shows like Thundercats and Young Justice on instead of King of the Hill and the Boondocks?

Are those shows owned by CN but not allowed on Toonami for some reason?

Brotherhood has been on reruns for too long. It should be replaced by Durarara as it's still fresh or better yet, none of the anime has to go away (yet) if more slots were available if the likes of Family Guy would just stay away from weekend nights.

For the UK all we got was a single run of the first FMA. And I was about to throw a hissy fit at you for brushing off FMA:B if it wasnt for you recognizing the true quality that is Durarara. /sir/

Boondocks is a very anime show anyway so I actually think it fits with Toonami.

As for your questions Ares, while it would be awesome to see those shows on Toonami, you have to understand that those are kids shows while this new Toonami is still part of the Adult Swim block, obligated to appeal to the more adult crowd. Stupid, since both shows can be enjoyed by damn near anyone, but whatever.

Now, if by some miracle Toonami returned to being weekly, then those would certainly be prime material. But that is merely a wet dream of mine and are not really even close to being a remote possibility.

I am sad to see Durarara missing. Show was awesome and would actually fit snugly into Toonami imo. Comparatively, I never cared for FMA at all so I'd rather them be switched out.

Keep in mind, content like this is what passes for "For (Young) Adults" nowadays.

Plus anime allows blood and even some swearing in it iirc.

The animes are move 'out there' with the boobage and blood, but shows like YJ and JL had more mature themes to it.
