This is the guy making these movies? Oh god...

Having never watched any of his previous work(that I know of), I honestly don't have any bias against him.

But that movie was pretty darn bad. Though I think a lot of it has to do with Avatar not being very easy(or perhaps possible) to transition into film(trying to think of a good example to compare it to but blanking).

TLA was largely about the journey, and condensing it into a fairly short movie while trying to preserve its tone is very difficult (Though a few episodes in the first season could have easily been dropped).

Also, slow-moving gelatin of doom ftw.

Nicely choreographed fight but their opinion on the gauntlets is...odd.

Hm, where did they get the 130lb figure for the Iron Boots? Last time I tried to find their weight was Twilight Princess and that came out to over 600lbs.

I found it strange that they had the Golden Gauntlets increasing defense instead of offense. I guess gauntlets = armor is the reasoning there?

Depends. Maybe they were using the weight of iron instead of the calculated weight needed for feats.

Yeah...that didn't make much sense. If it weren't for those gauntlets, the pillar would have beaten Link up I guess.
