I don't think that's what the series intends. In fact, it's possibly leaning towards an Apple Jack x Rarity pairing. Yeah they're complete opposites, one being clean and the other one dirty, but the episodes "Look Before you Sleep" and "Sisterhooves Social" show Rarity getting less obsessive with cleanliness and actually doesn't mind getting her hooves messy from time to time and her perspective of the world different from hers wouldn't have changed were it not for AJ's involvement in certain situations.

There's probably not an intended pairing, but AppleDash seems to have the most evidence for it if the FlutterDash kiss doesn't count.
