While physically probably not on the level of Regigigas, Magnus is psychically powerful enough to make Mewtwo look like a level 1 Abra, having mentally dominated a guy who mentally dominated a daemon who mentally dominated (Yes powerscaling) a planet-wide species and turned them into its slaves.

Also he is stronger than daemons whom can control the populations of solar systems and beyond (He is the strongest of all of Tzeentch's followers, and some have feats like this).
