Odd, Jari, their founder, played before Eluveitie.

Edit, it should be noted I've seen Ensiferum live, too. And Winter Sun. Also Vried, Varg, Kevimetsan Druidi, Troll Band, Scythia, Finntroll, Korpiklaani, Blackguard, ect. My level, get on it.

Pft, all of those bands are shitmetal, not kvlt enough for a Black Metal warrior like me.

Take a listen to Burzum or Mayhem some time, and get on Varg Vikerne's level. Only then can you understand the cold, grim winters of Norway.

Edit: I forgot to mention that last night Meri played the Star Wars theme on her violin. Ohohoho.

Ahahahahahaha

Sees the Hobbit without watching the Lord of the Rings movies first.

Could care less what really happens to any of these people.

I don't know how but it seems Lord of the Rings is just not my thing.

Best bandname ever.

[2:25:36 AM] FinalAnswer: Vortigern and Skex pick out the sickly sweet trace of obscura smoke.
[2:26:16 AM] Jack of Diamonds: Sidonus makes a show of noticing the smell to garner the attention of his 'nobles'.
[2:26:54 AM] Jack of Diamonds: He waves his hand infront of his face briefly and rocks on his heels to ensure he is within their peripheral vision.
[2:27:01 AM] FinalAnswer: Several joy girls are working in the building, one of whom eyes the acolytes. She strolls over with a smile, "You boys looking for someone?"
[2:27:33 AM] Badrukk: No you cant get drunk yet wait until we speak to the bounty hunter
[2:27:38 AM] GUILLIMAN'S GENESEED: petronius strolls over and palces the barrel of his MASSIVE CANNON in her tiny haands
[2:27:46 AM] GUILLIMAN'S GENESEED: he stares at her silently, expectantly.
[2:27:55 AM] FinalAnswer: "wat."
[2:28:05 AM] GUILLIMAN'S GENESEED: "My weapon is in need of polishing." he states, deadpan

This really happened.

That GuillimansGeneseed guy is quite a character.

The Hobbit comes before LOTR, so...

Plus the Hobbit is a childrens book while LotR is an Epic with a big E.

I wish youtube would stop recommending me Spiderman episodes because I watched one about a week ago.

I hate the new Youtube.

It merely means I will not be getting any of the nods to the movies. I'm sure there are quite a lot. I knew going into it that it was a prequel.

A children's book that's being made into 3 films. ^_^

But he's using extra material like the Necromancer stuff and so on. It's more than just the Hobbit.

Still doesn't change the fact that the movie failed to make me care about what was going on and didn't inspire me to watch the other films.

But that's because your taste in quality is terrible just like Moo's, Aura.

It's not that I fail to see the quality there. The movie is very well made. I just don't get why Bilbo would go with the guys who barge into his home and eat all his food. If that were me then the dragon could eat them for all I care.

The extra stuff is generally bits from the Silmarillion to tie everything together more closely.

I agree that it doesn't need to be three movies though. I don't really see how they can split up the rest of it into two more.

I've heard the same from others who've read the book lol.

Really don't mind the whole three movie idea but each of them being around the same length is probably going to be the biggest issue.
