Not really, no.
KH2's reaction commands are the same as any other QTE.
..even if I was talking about the apparently massively hypersonic speed >_>
What about someone like Kratos not using his speed sandles, rage of the boost, soul attacks and stoning? I mean he isn't really shown using them and has many uses and reasons to, only by the players choice.
And what about his single titan strength and lightning reaction feats? Can't just ignore them cause they happen once. We only see Sora's drive form once but those are canon.
If Kratos was shown physically manhandling a titan in a quick-tim event, and then ten minutes later there's a cutscene with him being trapped in a wooden cage and struggling to get out, then that would be an example of the QET event being bullshit gamemechanics. That's basically the gist of all of Sora's powers. He can defeat thousands of heartless by himself, but "is in trouble" and needs saving when he gets surrounded by ten. He can teleport and fly for unlimited amounts of time, yet he's been trapped in cages and fallen down pits on several occasions, all of which has happened within cutscenes etc.
For the record, I think a lot of the feats that people attribute to Kratos and Snake are bullshit for similar reasons. People have trouble differentiating game mechanics, which serve to add a cinematic, epic feel to games, from a character's actual power-set. Consistency is the key.
No one cares what you think Blax, you're stupid.

And many of those have to be used several times to complete the game.

Single Titan strength feat? Are you referring to stopping Cronos's slap, or stopping Atlas from crushing him? Oh, or were you referring to chaining Atlas up in Chains of Olympus? Maybe slamming that Titan down with the Blade of Olympus in 3? Could you have perhaps been referring to stopping and overpowering one of the Poseidon tentacles which were ripping Titans off of Olympus and overpowering them? Or could it have been overpowering Hades, who managed the same feat?
Single lightning-timing feat? Was that when he blocks lightning in gameplay in 2 or 3, or was it when he does it in a scripted scene in 2? Not to mention that apparently the other gods are capable of dodging Zeus's lightning repeatedly...
Don't even play this game with me nerd. I'm not quanchi.

He hasn't crashed in the strength department but he has also only done something on that level once and never replicates something like it again, just like his highly useful items. That'd be in the same light as Sora's abilities, right?
I dunno, QTE are pretty much semi-cutscenes.

Ze slap. Finger is as SP says (talking, tortue.. even says he wants him to suffer.. can't see the bloodlust), Cronos iirc was knocked out and woke up with the chains on. Who, stabbing Cronos? And besides being weaker than Cronos, it was tugging their them off the mountain.. thats however strong they were gripping at that surprised time plus gravity already pulling them down, technically a fraction of the Cronos feat, and Hades did a soul pull right? Not that Im against Kratos being strong or anything O.o
Un-scripted/non animated gameplay shouldn't mean as much for canon, not sure what the novel says and don't know what scripted scene in 2 you're talking about (Unless its the GoW2 final boss fight.. doesn't count iirc).
