And yeah, did not know pewpyballs liked 40k.

I could have sworn I posted on 40k at least a dozen or more times on this site. When I was just a wee overnight technician, I used to paint my figures at my desk. No one cared about the smell. 😐 It's just that the discussion about 40k doesn't come up here, very often.

Edit - Also, I know exactly ZERO attractive females that are into 40k. ZERO. Not a single one. It is not as though I have only seen two or three 40k female fans. I just don't get it. Why the lack of attractive females in this geeky pursuit? Honestly, there is quite a diverse male fanbase so I am sure there are crap tons of attractive dudes. Seems stupid that I'd point that out but a 40k geeky chick who is at least average would be a giant boner for me. 🙂

Interesting.

In many ways.

It is strange, in that you actually seem more disrespectful on Dakka than you do here, though I suppose one could chalk that up to the sort of person you typically deal with on DakkaDakka.

As for why that is strange; in a peculiar bit of irony the board based on a setting as over the top grimdark and horrible as 40k is full of ****ing carebears, who will ban you for being (GASP!) "rude". Whereas in this site, flamewars are not uncommon, especially lately.

Edit: Blax, make a ****ing appeal in my name you honor-less cur.

She is quite cute. However...she has the "in this for the attention and not really a 40k geek" air about her. Know what I mean? You probably don't care but feminists strongly dislike that type.

MY POST:

'Gregor cracks his neck in anticipation, slowly twirling it at its base. He had not known what to make of the augury, but at this point it no longer mattered. They knew what they would face. On one hand, there were the Greenskins, a barbaric xenos breed with intelligence that could most charitably be described as basic, and the unique ability to fire at a foe directly in front of them and somehow hit their own ally behind them. On the other hand, they attacked in a green tide that could swarm over Titans, each one was stronger than a mortal, and some possessed strength rivaling a Space Marine's. In close combat, they were a potent force on the battle field. Even at range it would be unwise to underestimate them, for they compensate for poor aiming with sheer volume of fire. Then there were the Tau, who, amusingly to Gregor, who considered this strangely thematic, fight in much the opposite manner. Battles of attrition were avoided at all costs, and they suffer in close combat, faring worse than a mere guardsman. However, they were uniformly equipped with their cutting-edge technology. While obviously inferior to the pinnacle of Imperial technology, their cowardly concern for the well-being of every individual Tau has led to them equipping their grunts with far superior gear to the common rabble of humanity. At range, they were lethal.

Gregor's mind leaves the theoretical, resuming his observation of the proceedings. He tilts his head slightly in response to the queer gesture of the Apothecary, curling his lip into the most subtle of sneers. "I would welcome the attention of the Greenskins", Gregor says, his voice a low drawl."For too long have I sat idle in this ship while others spoke of strategy. I long to gore my enemies to death once more. You complicate things more than they need be. Let us form an implacable speartip, to be thrust into the center of the enemy, taking the hangar and bridge in one fell swoop." Gregor affixed his gaze upon Vario then, staring at the veteran Ultramarine, as he brings his fist to the Aquila upon his chest, resting it there firmly. "Such is the Minotaur way of war." '

YOUR POST:

'Ororum opened his mouth to respond to the White Scar, but promptly closed it when the Minotaur started speaking. He listened, silently, to his suggestion, arms folded.

What he heard made his jaw drop.

The stratagem was... beautiful. Indeed, it was quite possibly the most daring and patrician tactic he had ever heard of. That this... Paragon of Perversion could possibly conceive such a Creed gambit was breathtaking.

"T-the... the Spearhead." He whispered, child-like wonder underlining his normally baritone voice. The favored strategy of the Legions of old!" The salamander took a step forward, his body shivering with aggrandisement.

" Y-yes. Yes! The spearhead!" '

I was trolling with my post, but at least I stayed in character. haermm
