Woohoo, official off-topic thread!

I r not a homophobe, I'm just into equal rights. For every flaccid shlong there should have been some form of female nudity. ๐Ÿ˜›

Flourescent tubes will never be the same.

So, best drawing ever, courtesy of a random MSN convo with Ush. I did this in about 15 minutes and don't generally draw animals, so yeah ๐Ÿ˜›

what an interesting combination. Like something out of a Greek myth gone looney toons.

It burns you with it's draconic hellfire, then looks at you all cute like, to get away with it <_<;

I would love a pet dragonbunny. That would be awesome.

Lol, would it be carnivorous or herbivorous?

Herbivorous, of course. It'd use it's ability to breathe fire to cook carrots, and then nibble on them.

Hm, I want a carnivorous bunny, like that cow in India that a farmer caught ninja-eating his chickens. It's a stealthy predator! Looks so harmless and grass eatery, until it burns you to death and gorges itself on your freshly cooked self!

..Or something, I think we're going different directions here ๐Ÿ˜›

This needs to be posted, Voyeur is win.

Edit: Actually.. hm. I need to think of a way to not advertise.

EDIT: If you want to chill with me and Voyeur while we plot our posts on KMC, PM me. <--pretty sure this is allowed.

I've decided to repair the broken 360 in my closet myself.

Doesn't that void a bunch of stuff? o_o

I have an arcade version I bought a couple of months back, so I don't really care.

Its just that the customer service is really annoying, more so if you are puertorican and struggle a bit with your accent to make the morons understand you. Not to mention they can't spell spanish names and adresses and it is somewhat frustrating. They don't know anything at all and they will only repair it for free if you have the RoD.

.. In that case, I accept your reasoning as perfectly valid.

we talk about everything. Religion, politics, Link's sexuality preference. Super Smash Bros. Series mostly and we post videos and have great laughs. All while being "socks" am I right?

The RROD isn't the only thing that's covered by warranty. There's a whole mess of things that's covered, just the RROD is the thing that most people know about as it used to be fairly common and the warranty on that was originally extended.

Also, people have trouble with names, no matter what nationality they are. Do you know how much trouble people have with both pronouncing and spelling Alana?

I use the military alphabet just to order pizza, haha.

That's true. I can think of a couple of ways to pronounce Alana.

Also, it doesn't help when parents give their children "ghetto names" just so they could "embrace their uniqueness"...

Then why did they tell me that I had to have the RROD? I know I got them right because I have called them 3 times for 3 different 360s(2 mine and the other my nephew's) and they told me the free warranty was for the RROD. So either you're wrong or the 3 employees that attended me didn't know shit.

Understood. It is still frustrating having to spell my entire adress and name.

Basically, only problems that are caused by the owner in some way aren't covered.

Perhaps your system was out of the warranty period for standard stuff (not the RROD) and that's why they told you that?

To me thats just a copout from microsoft. I don't trust them at all to be honest, but then again I don't trust sony either.

I am very anal about my hardware and I pay close attention to keep it neat and performing at its best.

Anyways I managed to manually open the tray and I'm currently playing GoW2 on the faulty 360 I have. Trying to see how long it will function before freezing/unreadable map/discs start happening again.

Fixing the 360 will be my hobby now.

Almost no warranties cover user error, so yeah. That's normal, not a copout. It's not their responsibility to fix something that wasn't their fault.

Also, even a perfectly working 360 can give out disc read errors after you play for too long at once. So yeah.
