But he's being particular to the specific moment it happens.
And I'm being vague to the point that it all takes place requires a certain speed.
e.g. If I walk forward, that took a required speed. Ganon is doing the same thing, but can appear any where else. Him and I did the same action, at the same speed, except the distance/time he traveled isn't in the equation, as compared to me. But basically, walking still took speed. The distance and time traveled for Ganondorf did not.

I agree, teleportation as shown in most works does "break" physics as we know it. It is silly to argue on a scientific base in a work of fiction not bothered with portraying hard science.
[edit] Also, just read, when the explanation for the "teleportation" is a wormhole, that means that the speed is rather small, as the deciding factor in the "movement" is the decreased distance the wormhole has over standard space distance.
