Depends on the Goku really.
Sadly, Akuma doesn't have any speed feats. Which means Goku, who could dodge bullets in his youth and make after images and whatnot, could conceivably speedblitz him early on in DB.
Nearing the end of DB, he gets stronger than Old Piccolo, who was an effortless city buster.
Of course, I dunno when Goku had the physical strength enough to sink an island or destroy a mountain or whatnot.

Fighting games are good enough to be paired with each other. But they shouldn't be used al, the time. FPS, RPG, and Action/Adventure characters are the least used. And sometimes both the threads and attitudes are the reason behind people's mood swings, but if we can look at things in positive ways, we won't be throwing tantrums and being pissy all day.
