IT's not as clear as everyone is making it out to be. WW has fought some really tuff herald lvl beings. And some over herald lvl. She has better speed feats than BA period. I've never seen adam blitz someone with flashes speed before they can blink. She's more skilled than him by a fair margin. And no one can prove that BA is stronger than her with any certainty. Not with her record against CM, Etrigan, and Sun amped superman. The only thing for certain is that BA is more durable. And Even then, WW has taken lumps from beings who are equal to, or are superior to BA period. The fact that she has weapons only makes the fight easier on her. Remember when she didn't have her bracelets and she was still giving the Goddess Diana a hell of a fight?

This is the exact problem with using that "X out of 10" debating system. People get too pissy over 1 or 2 wins which is why I don't use it.
It's not, in my opinion, a concrete "X times out of 10," but rather, a level of comparison between the two characters. 5/10 means that the two are about equally powerful, and have no obvious advantage. The further away you get, the more likely you think one character is to win.
Oft times, it's hard to imagine the other character winning at all, though they'd be attributed 2/10 or some such.
But, I digress. 5/10 is a stalemate. 6/10 is a close fight in which one character wins. 7/10? One character clearly wins. 8,9/10, one character dominates. 10/10, It's no contest.

With this said, then logically how does BA win the majority?
I mean what if Diana puts that Tiara in her hand and uses it as a hand weapon. She could block his strikes with it (decapitating each limb in the process) to automatically win.
Speed and Skill alone actually takes it (weapons are overkill). Just look at Captain America and Batman against class 50s and up. Those enemies have far greater strength and durability than Cap and Bats combined, yet Cap and Bats wins because of their superior skill and sometimes speed. This example alone proves that Diana would win at least 5/10 against BA.
