There's an enormous difference between to the two fights:

Black Adam was willing to fight Superman and wasn't holding back.

Diana WASN'T willing to fight Superman and WAS holding back.

Diana was justing trying to stall Superman and get the crazy son of ***** Maxwell Lord. She knew a true battle would tear the Earth apart (look what happened to North Dakota....) and take far too long with either of them losing...in death.

Diana wasn't willing to kill her friend NOR was she willing to die because if she did, Maxwell Lord had Superman under his control and millions would have died.

Thus she made the smart choice of stalling Superman to the point where she could get to Maxwell Lord.

It wasn't a no-holds barred fight. It was more of a "Get the f*** off me, ya crazy son of Adam so I can kill the REAL bad guy!" fight.

I have to disagree with that Draco. Adam didnt want conflict with Supes at all. He was merely defending himself from Superman who appeared as a threat and with acts of violence. After the initial hit, Adam did no follow up, which inclines that he was holding back indeed. Once Adam attacks, hes almost relentless until his opponent is ko'd or cant go on any longer. Or unless he wants to kill them ofcourse. 😄

I do think Wonder Woman was holding back as well, but Adam seemed to do so a bit more.

I agree with you.

I got Sacrifice Vally. I memorized the fight. She could have killed him at many points, but didn't. Thats where the restraint comes in.
