You can't prove it, and unless you can prove otherwise it's applicable for debate. Either way way you lose as even if it is a power up he's retained it and is currently being written with that power up.

No he's not. He hasn't retained it. Black Mary has a good part of it. And there is no way he's retained it if Superman is a threat to him. Superman can't beat all of those guys in WW3 Like BA did. Hell, The JSA would hurt Superman.

That's correct. Certainly not the city streets of this battlefield. 🙄 And if the OP wants pebbles to exist on this battlefield then he must say so. And if he does then you must consider these things:
1. How can BA win if WW just stands there with her aegis shield up all day? It would be at least a stalemate for her if she does that.
2. Also the integrity of pebbles aren't the same as metal bullets. They would either break into pieces on contact with Diana or disintegrate in the air if thrown too fast, like asteroids do entering the atmosphere at high speeds. And we all have seen the scans of high calibur bullets not penetrating Diana's body (but still hurting her).
