Black Adam Holds his own against Superman becuz superman isn't going to fly around at light speed in towns. Unlike the flashes who have the speed force to protect people from the effects of speed, superman doesn't have that luxury so He wont' be fighting BA at nearly the speeds he can while in a populated area.

Oh yeah, and Diana has to her credit roping a being with flash and superman's speed and then holding a being with flash speed and superman's strength. I'd say she's up two on BA by speed feats.

Some in KMC feel that CM/Teth are his physical equals, or so close the diff is negligible, and that when they add magic lightning to their punches, it's to gain an edge, similar to how Superman might pull out the hv or icebreath to gain an edge where brawn fails.
