That maybe the case but he best track atheletes tend to be black the best bowers tend to be black, of course there are good white boxers and athletes but blacks seem to be better in general.
As far as I know in basketball the players who got MVP are white but again in egneral its dominated by blacks.
As for UFC I wouldnt even be suprised if its rigged I know that somebody who knew a guy who wasnt let in because he was too dangerous, so basically they pick and choose they ones they want and if they think you're too dangerous they wont let you in.

Well from oberving the business world and the CEO's of the biggest companies, would you agree that whites tend to be superior when it comes to academics and smarts?

No but black people are a minority and sometimes they do get discrimanted against, but just by going on population obvoulsy there will be more whites in CEOs.
Lets put it this way I knew somebody who boxed and was into the boxing scene in london and went to alot of matches. I aksed him is it true that black people are better boxers his response was "Theres some truth in it but its blown out of proportion." I dont know the exact figures of white and blacks in sports but as far as I know lots of blacks and whites participate in them and in general blacks come out on top.

Lots of blacks and whites go to high school and college, generally whites come out on top as well.
