DAMN IT!!! I didn't forget it, for some reason I typed Ravager instead of Ravenous(so it IS on the first page, I just mislabeled it). You don't have to post it, I'll have Digi fix the name.

Notice first of all that the Surfer makes the right tactical move: he separates Thor from Mjolner. After unrelenting fire, Thor is down.

Notice in the next to last panel of the second scan, where the Surfer says his cosmic field will keep the hammer away, where Thor is crawling on the ground: this is the pause that later enables Thor to win.

Imagine if the Surfer had remained unrelenting in his assault.

This isn't in continuity, much like "Spiderman: Reign". Marvel Knights is now a mostly out of continuity imprint, similar to DC's "All Star".
