This is a good ingenuity + a power feat. Here Quasar and Beta Ray Bill are blasting away at the moon sized meteor where they manage to decrease it to half its size using atomic level power blasts.) Basically, Surfer concocts a plan to use the barrier Galactus put up using his Surfer Board (which also flys by Quasar so fast he couldn't detect what it was)... and the barrier stops the meteor.

You know that's actually a speed feat too if you think about it. Beta and Quasar both use forms of teleportation, but Surfer doesn't(he just flys) and he arrives at the same time 😄 .

Surfer puts shields up over a bunch of cruisers, but it ends up with them killing themselves so he neutralizes all the weapons. He also then phases through a bigger ships hull, and neutralizes all weapons aboard as well.
