I think the fact that Superman vs. Goku was done by someone who has no interest in either character, and made their results baste on what they know of each character, gives them at least some sort of credibility. I thought they would have given it to Superman, but they wrote a good little story as to how the fight would go and as to why he lost. (wish I could find it again) Not trying to start a fight just stating the facts. As always with this kind of thing it boils down to a matter of opinion of who's writing it and what version of each character is involved.

I don't think Babidi tricking Gokou into thinking something Gokou should know for a fact doesn't make for a good story. Nor does the fact that Gokou was surviving in space and only went ssj. But meh that's just me. Course back when I read it I thought Gokou would win anyways I didn't really care about any of that until I actually began to think about it. I think that fight was one of Wizard's worst but that's just my opinion.
