No it doesnt because he was doing reps of 1100lbs. If you can do 10 reps of 1100lbs you can roughly do 1 rep of 1500lbs.
Im assuming that the press 800lbs is a 1 rep maximum, therefore looking at his benching ability he should be able to press alot more than 800lbs. Maybe we could subtract 200lbs off 1500 and that will give him a press of 1200lbs and I would add more because in that workout he wasnt even tired.

no i was under the impression that cap could press this amount '800lbs' 8-10 rep's for one set only neverthelss the point was saying cap can press 800lbs is a fair statement and does not mean that he cannot bench over this amount, his benching ability is proprtionate to his press lifting ability hence why he can bench 1100lbs with comfort
anyway here is something that will help calculate 1 rep max
http://www.muscletech.com/CALCULATORS/ONE_REP_MAX/one_rep_max.shtml
it is only up to 3 digits so you will have to use 110lbs instead of 1100lbs

Thats not the impression I got. I thought it was there absolute maximum 1 rep. I mean why would they choose reps, I mean wouldnt that be a bit ambigous. If Cap can do reps of 800 why choose 800? Why not 900 or 600, there one rep maximum seems more accurate.
Heres a better calculator.
